Webinar Lens helps webinar operators measure Meta Ads and GoHighLevel funnel performance. This policy describes what we store and why. It is product disclosure, not legal advice.
Account data
We store your name, email address, password credentials (hashed by our auth provider), organization name, and settings you enter in the app.
Integration data
When you connect Meta Ads or GoHighLevel, we store OAuth tokens, account/location identifiers, campaign and CRM mappings, imported contacts/events needed for reporting, and calculated metrics. Tokens are encrypted at rest where the product encrypts them.
Infrastructure processors
Application data is hosted on Convex. The web app may run on Vercel. Transactional email (verification and password reset) is sent through Resend. Meta and GoHighLevel process data under their own terms when you authorize those connections.
What we do not do
We do not sell your personal data. We do not use your CRM or ads data to train public models. We only use connected data to provide the product to your workspace.
Retention and deletion
You can disconnect integrations from the Integrations page, which removes stored tokens for that provider. You can delete your account from Settings, which deletes your user record and owned organization data from Webinar Lens.
