Data deletion
Updated September 18, 2026How to remove data Webinar Lens stores from your account and from connectors you linked. Use this page as the Meta user data deletion instructions URL when required.
- Signed in: disconnect integrations, then delete your account from Settings.
- Signed out: submit a Data deletion request via Contact with your account email.
- Disconnecting a connector removes stored tokens, mappings, and synced data for that provider in Webinar Lens; account deletion removes your full workspace.

Overview
This page explains deletion for Webinar Lens account data and for data synced from Meta, GoHighLevel, Zoom, and Calendly. Processing on third-party platforms may still require action in those products after you disconnect here.
After you connect Meta, we may store:
- OAuth tokens
- Ad account and campaign mappings you select
- Spend and delivery metrics used in webinar reports
Permissions requested may include ads_read and business_management.
After you connect GoHighLevel, we may store:
- OAuth tokens and location identifiers
- CRM records needed for registration, booking, and won attribution in reports
Disconnecting HighLevel in Webinar Lens deletes that stored data and uninstalls the app in HighLevel so it no longer has access. You can also remove the app from the HighLevel Marketplace; we receive that uninstall and clear the connection here.
If you connected optional tools, we may store:
- Zoom — webinar or meeting mappings and attendance used for show-up metrics
- Calendly — event type mappings and booking data used for booked-call reporting
Disconnecting Zoom or Calendly in Integrations removes stored tokens, mappings, and synced data for that provider and stops new syncs.
- Open Integrations and disconnect each connector you no longer want linked. Disconnecting removes stored tokens, mappings, and synced metrics or funnel data for that provider in Webinar Lens.
- Open Settings and delete your account. That removes your user record and owned organization data from Webinar Lens.
Use the Contact form and choose Data deletion as the topic. Include:
- The email address on the Webinar Lens account
- Whether to remove Meta data, GoHighLevel data, optional connector data, or the full account
- Any Meta user ID you have, if the request comes from Meta’s data deletion flow
We verify ownership of the account email, then delete tokens, mappings, imported metrics, and account data as requested. You will receive a confirmation reply when the work is complete.
